Wellness Center | Lansing, New York | 2009
In 2010 we completed a 3,600 SF wellness center addition. In 2002 a ~24,000 SF gymnasium expansion project was completed by Jason Demarest along with his partner at the time, Bob Tallman. The wellness center was designed and cost-managed utilizing the firm’s BIM service model. As a not-for-profit the YMCA must deal with limited funding and the key to the success of this project was the cost integration services provided by Jason K Demarest from day one.
